Hi, I’m Molly. I’m a behaviour change specialist and facilitator, trained in psychology and holistic wellbeing. My work sits at the intersection of behavioural science, resilience, and nervous system regulation, supporting people to shift unhelpful patterns and respond to life with more clarity and capacity.
Alongside evidence-based behavioural work, I bring in practices like nervous system regulation, contrast therapy, movement, and time in nature. You’ll often find me wild swimming or immersed in cold water somewhere, because I believe resilience is not just something we think about, it’s something we experience and embody.
My approach is practical, human, and grounded. I work with individuals and teams to build sustainable resilience, create meaningful change, and develop tools that support both performance and wellbeing, without burnout or pressure.
